the project list officially began this week!
While I was waiting for Gorilla Glue to dry. . .
it was time for a bit of Stylin' In Studio One!
The dress form, a gift from "Mr. Ed",
(affectionately named Lizzie. . .short for Elizabeth)
was much in need of a bit of style!
Lizzie, dons a shimmery silver shawl,
One of the many gifts sent from "Mr. Ed"
while he was stationed in Korea during his first tour of duty.
Paisley and lacy,
swirls and fringe,
the triangular shape allows for ease of draping.
Vintage heirloom pearls give Lizzie a stately appearance.
Two single strands of pearls
and one delicate gold chain with pearls
surrounded by gold beads on either side
adorn the draped neckline!
A gold leaf pin hold the shawl in place.
Lizzie's posture exuberantly states elegance.
So ~ o ~ o . . .
while the Gorilla Glue is drying
