What a charming home you have! There's not much "architecture" in my humble 1955 half cape either! That's why I picked on the neighbors.
ReplyDeleteYour husband built a very nice deck and entry area. It must be fun to decorate for the seasons.
Mr. Ed did a fantastic job laying the groundwork for Mother Nature to add her seasonal details. Pretty!
ReplyDeleteMy home was built in 1955 also and there is not much to the front other than a little porch with a railing and I bashed it off and opened it up and then did a step down front patio.
ReplyDeleteYour lucky to have a talented husband to do such great work. Just is just me and I do get into a lot of trouble with my ideas LOL
Our old home had alot more architecture, but that'sOK. I love your front deck/porch. Mr. Ed did a great job! XO, Pinky
ReplyDeleteYou have a nice home and I'm fond of houses with stone on them - adds so much character!
ReplyDeleteLove all the architectural "Details" Mr. Ed gave your front porch --and the "embellishment"--very nice!
ReplyDeleteIt looks lovely to me- I love the way snow adds architecture all of its own, doesn't it? xo Diana
ReplyDeleteLovely -- Mr. Ed is a treasure!
ReplyDeleteMr. Ed did a beautiful job. I love your home, and the architecture adds to the welcoming feeling of your home.

I love the way the snow adds it's embellishment to your husband's handiwork! And how wonderful to have a handy husband. Mine always says he has a deficiency of the Mr. Goodwrench gland. ;)
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for contributing to Thursday's Inspiration! xoxo
